Clinical Experience That Informs the Next Stage

DSC have been administered to more than 150 patients across published studies and regional clinical-development experience, including patients with severe acute GVHD and other inflammatory conditions.

Published studies in steroid-refractory acute GVHD have reported encouraging response and survival outcomes, including long-term follow-up.

These observations represent clinical-development evidence rather than definitive proof of efficacy. The next stage of development must build on this experience through appropriately designed controlled clinical studies capable of establishing efficacy, safety and benefit–risk more rigorously.
